Job Description
The responsibilities of XML tagger will include the following
Responsible for creating and structuring online content for Scientific, technical, medical (STM) Publisher
per DTD in XML/SGML format.
Responsible for posting content online in advance of the printed issue.
Facilitate this process by coding and delivering files prior to composition or copyediting.
Responsible for quality maintenance and assurance on every delivery.
Coordinating with the Production team and the
US
client/customers.
Tracking/Prioritizing and ensuring timely deliveries.
Verifying for the completeness of input material and project information.
Ensure strong quality adherence across the entire processed articles.
Quality checking to final files processed by the KAs, in house staffs (new staff) and provide
feedback in terms of areas of Improvement.
Ensuring TATs of the Daily Jobs.
Daily interacting with client as well as Customer management teams, Team leaders.
Managing reports .i.e. Internal Vendor Feedback Report,
Billings
, Productions Reports and Management
Reports, etc.
Responsible for training new staff and also Knowledge Associates (KA) to provide technical support.
Responsible to handle Internal Reports, Billing details, Demo to New customers, etc.
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Profile / Skills required
XML taggers must have an ability to understand well and then explain well.
Strong technical knowledge in the given field with a good grasp of technical terminology.
Good English verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong analytical mind
Positive attitude and good learner and grasping power
Self starter and ambitious

Academically XII

and Graduation should be completed in English Medium.
